Courtesy of Village Screen and Creative Arts East, the Village Hall will be showing this dramatisation of the April 2010 disaster when the offshore oil drilling rig exploded and created the worst oil spill in US history. QUIZ ‘N’ CHIPS NIGHT at Ashwellthorpe Village Hall

ATTENTION ALL QUIZZERS!

At the time of going to press, there are still about two quiz tables  (maximum of six people each table) for the Quiz ‘n’ Chips Night at Ashwellthorpe Village Hall on Saturday 13 August 2016. Doors open at 7.00 p.m. for Eyes Down at 7.30 p.m. prompt. Tickets are £8.00 each including the fish or sausage or vege burger and chips and must be booked in advance so that the correct food can be ordered. Two films have been selected for the 2016 season of Village Screen in association with Creative Arts East films to be shown at Ashwellthorpe Village Hall.

QUIZ ‘n’ CHIPS NIGHT at Ashwellthorpe Village Hall

The Box Office is now open to book your table (and your eats – fish and chips, sausage and chips or vegge burger and chips) for the long-standing and popular Winter Quiz at the Village Hall which, this year, is on SATURDAY 16 JANUARY 2016. CHRISTMAS CAMEO EVENING at Ashwellthorpe Village Hall

This now traditional early evening enjoyment at the Village Hall on Christmas Eve, whilst waiting for Father Christmas to come through the village on his decorated sleigh, will start at 6.00 p.m. with food and liquid refreshments available. Free, but donations will be welcome.
