ASHWELLTHORPE WEATHER DATA – MAY 2012

A text version of the weather patterns for Ashwellthorpe for May 2012 is given below, with the 24-hour readings taken between  07.00 and 08.00 at 5 Greenwood Close, Ashwellthorpe. The temperature and humidity readings will therefore not necessarily be the hottest/coldest or most/least humid of each 24-hour period.

Rainfall – the total rainfall for May was 41mm of which the highest daily amount was 6.5mm on Thursday 20 May. There were 12 days with no measurable rainfall.

Average Temperature – The average temperature for the month was 12 C with the warmest temperature of 17 C  occurring  on Thursday 24 and Sunday 27 May. The coolest temperature of 5 C  occurred on Wednesday 16 May.

Humidity ranged between 37% on Friday 11 May and 62% on Monday 21 May.

Whilst the average temperature in May 2012 was very similar to that of May 2011, the rainfall this year was three times+ higher than in May 2011.
