SATURDAY 8 MARCH 2014 at 7.30 p.m – The very recent film “Captain Phillips”will be showing at the Village Hall as one of the Village Screen in association with Creative Arts East events. Starring Tom Hanks who plays a merchant sea captain whose ship is boarded by Somali pirates and Barkhad Abdi, the Somali pirate leader, it is a gripping film which has received strong reviews. Its length is 2hrs. 14 mins and it has a UK Certificate of 12A.
