The weather pattern for Ashwellthorpe for the month of January 2014 is set out below – the various readings are taken daily between 07.00 and 08.00 at 5 Greenwood Close, Ashwellthorpe. The temperature/humidity readings are , therefore, not necessarily the warmest/coldest, most/least humid in any 24-hour period.

Rainfall – The total rainfall for January 2014 amounted to 67 mm with the most rainfall of 4.5 mm in any 24-hour period being recorded on Monday 20 January 2014.

Temperature – The average temperature for the twenty-seven days recorded was 4.1 C, with the highest temperature of 9 C being recorded on Monday 6 and Thursday 9 January 2014. The coldest temperature of -1 C was recorded on Sunday 12 and Tuesday 21 January with 0 C being recorded on only one day, Monday 27 January 2014, thus there were  just three days of zero or sub-zero temperatures in the entire month.

Humidity – Of the twenty-seven days readings were taken, the lowest of 50% was recorded on Monday 6 and Thursday 9 January 2014 and the highest of 65% on Wednesday and Thursday 22nd and 23 January 2014.
